Shipping
The shoes will be shipped from Hong Kong or mainland, with a handling time of 2-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping, which typically takes around 2-3 weeks, though occasionally it may extend further. Expedited shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS is available for an additional $20, generally delivering within 7 to 10 business days (Holiday season will take longer).

Holidays affecting shipping times:
1. National Day: Orders won't be processed from 09/28 to 10/7.

Return Policy
Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of delivery. When initiating a return, kindly ensure that the shoes are returned in the same condition as they were received. Please be advised that the cost of shipping for the return shall be the responsibility of the buyer. A restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the total payment will be deducted from the refund amount. We do advise considering local resale options, as international returns may incur substantial expenses.
 
Replacement
To expedite the replacement process, we recommend placing a new order once you have initiated a return request. For example, if the cost to deliver a pair of shoes to you is $150, yet it is listed at $115 on our eBay store, we may find it necessary to cancel the order due to this pricing disparity. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as it is indeed challenging to keep each and every product's price updated in real time.
